For obvious reasons, most conversations about veganism center on the strict restrictions of the diet; however, most vegans find that the diet opens up a wonderful world of culinary discovery and adventure. Since going veg in 2003, we have experienced a revolution in our kitchen as we replaced TV dinners with fresh produce and fast food with gourmet creations. Moreover, we have found a passion for exploring vegan delicacies from coast to coast. Our travels have taken us from Los Angeles to New York and dozens of places in between. We will be sharing our discoveries in this blog/vlog.
